Creme Aceto di Balsamico is manufactured in the province of Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region. Balsamic cream includes concentrated grape juice and 20% of the legendary Modena balsamic vinegar. This vinegar is created based on dark grapes varieties and concentrated grapes mash. It is aged in select wooden barrels, which fills the taste with a unique wooden note.
Creme Aceto di Balsamico has an intense grapes smell and vibrant brown color. Balsamico has a sweet-sour fruity taste; you can feel ripe grapes in there. The consistency is creamy, like paste.
It goes well with vegetable salads, grilled meat and fish, fruits, and blue cheeses. Tastes the best with Mediterranean cuisines. Gourmets will enjoy it even in an unexpected combination with ice-cream.
